We are looking for a full-time Plasterer with experience in construction. This is a physically demanding position that requires onsite work. Our ideal candidate is a collaborator who is willing to learn new things, has attention to detail, is open to constructive criticism, is trustworthy, and likes to work with others.
The Plasterers on our team have the ability to follow specific instructions, true manual dexterity, a tangible understanding of plaster application, a firm grasp of safety, basic tool use, moisture management, and plaster recipes. A plasterer can read plans, understands basic building science and building envelope details, and is a problem-solver.

Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Layout and install drywall beads.
- Prepare all drywall surfaces to receive drywall finish products.
- Mix, carry and apply joint compound to drywall finishes.
- Tape, coat, finish and sand joint compound ready for decoration.
- Hand or machine texture walls or ceiling per plans and specifications.
- Clean up, protect, move material, tools & equipment.
- Erect and dismantle scaffolds.
- Conform to all safety rules and regulations of the Company and OSHA standards.
- Calculate unit costs based on quantity of material installed, hours worked and labor dollars.
- Arrive to work on time at various locations.
- Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
- Conform to all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
