GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Have a good working knowledge of both commercial and residential construction. Maintain MKB’s standard of Quality and Rate’s of Production. Comply with all MKB and OSHA safety guidelines. Maintain the proper tools of the trade in good working order. Wear proper work attire including but not limited to work boots, hard hat, and safety glasses. NONESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Attend training seminars or other continuing education Performance of other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT: All employees must have the ability to understand and follow instructions in English. Lifting of up to 120 pounds throughout the work day. All trade positions involve repetitive squatting, stretching, bending, climbing and kneeling. The daily working environment is uncontrolled.
